Lots of small businesses are built on the personal relationships they build with their clients. Photographs of the main people at a business can be used to create a connection before you get a chance to meet your clients in real life. Phil met me in Seattle for some photographs that showed him as both professional and easy to work with. I call this my personal branding session.

They love their dogs, so we included their dogs in a lot of the images as well as going to one of their favorite parks to hang with the pups. As I was talking to them about how they were from the midwest and moved to Seattle for their jobs, I was fully expecting them to be in the tech field like so many in the area are. They are in a way, but they build rockets for Blue Origins. It just sounds cool.
