Brandon has a fantastic story. He is formerly a homeless person with substance abuse issues that now runs an apartment building that provides permanent supportive housing for others that have suffered from homelessness.

They are not quite headshots, not a complete branding session, but something like an environmental portrait in a more editorial style for my clients to use all over. Colliers asked me to take photographs of their Occupiers group. These people came to meet up in Seattle from all over the country and some from other places in the world. The mission was to create a few great, interesting shots of each person in a relatively short amount of time.

I really love Myrtle Edwards as it provides some very cool views of the waterfront with rocks, driftwood, and park settings all just a few minutes walk from very urban looking architectural details and city views. Very fun!

Read MoreJosh Binda is an amazing young man and I find him inspiring. It is easy to go to protests, but it is hard to organize and lead them. It is easy to say you want to change things, but it is hard to come up with a plan to make change and to do the work to make it happen. When the opportunity presented itself with the Black Lives Matter movement, instead of shrinking to the back, Josh stepped forward and led marches all over Snohomish and parts of King Counties.
