An environmental portrait for the cover of BXP (Brand Experirence) magazine of Maura from the Seattle Cider Company.

Having my work published never gets old. I love it every single time. I recently did a shoot of Maura Hardman of Seattle Cider Company for Brand Experience Magazine (BXP). They had sent over some of their previous issues that featured mostly studio style black ans white images of people on white backgrounds. So when I photographed Maura, that is what we started with. However, I also wanted to do some more environmental portraits. Partly because that is what I love to do, but also so that they would have a little more variety to choose from if they wanted to do a longer piece or if they wanted to change things up a bit. I was very gratified to see how they used an environmental portrait on the cover and lots of images in the final piece!
