Engagement Portrait at Purple | Remi and Chris

Remi and Chris had their first date at Purple Wine Bar and Cafe in Seattle. Purple has great wine, great food, and has a magnificent staircase filled with wine. Here is one image from the part of their engagement portraits we took at Purple. engagement portrait at Purple Wine Bar

This was taken with a Canon 6D with a 16-35mm lens set to f2.8. The shutter speed was 1/60th of a second at ISO 800. I used a Yongnue YN-E3-RT to trigger my Canon 600EX-RT flash. The flash was in a softbox on a lightstand held by my son, Kyler. With the length of the lightstand and with Kyler holding it over his head, the softbox was at around 12 feet in the air. Very fun to have him along.
